Marianne is a self-taught photographer with a flair for snapshot style and candid photography allowing her to turn everyday life into art.

Marianne's non-traditional style developed over the years as she followed her children while they played, smiled, cried, slept, and explored the the world around them. She has learned to watch carefully and capture real life.

Although focusing her photography on people, with an emphasis on children, she has a strong passion for photographing still life, architecture, urban settings and ghost towns.
